The project was launched during a spectacular event held on Palm Jumeirah, where Dubai’s sky was lit up by an extraordinary 13-minute drone show featuring more than 4,000 drones. For the first time in Dubai, screens-in-the-sky technology was used, blending immersive visual effects with a live stage performance. This interactive show offered a unique visual narrative of PASSO through a seamless harmony between sky and stage, creatively capturing the project’s innovative elements.
Comprising two sculptural towers, Avita and Bella, PASSO introduces 625 refined residences in a curated range of layouts tailored to modern lifestyles. From serene one-bedroom sanctuaries and versatile two-to-four-bedroom apartments to expansive five-bedroom penthouses and six-bedroom stand-alone beach mansions, each home is crafted with elegance, spatial fluidity, and a focus on connection and comfort.
