Dubai’s 5 new towers that are also reaching for the heights

Burj Azizi

Scheduled for completion by 2028, the 725-metre-high, 131-plus-storey tower offers a mix of residential, hotel, retail and entertainment spaces

Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co. Residences

Launched in late 2022, the Binghatti project in Business Bay is going for 557 meters across its 104 floors and 7 basement levels.

Downtown Residences

Deyaar has just launched its latest Dubai project, with the height ambition set to 445 meters. Located in Business Bay, the development adds to the many offplan options now available in Dubai’s next-generation high-rises.

Trump International Hotel & Tower

The first ever Trump high-rise in the UAE, the Dh1 billion plus project occupies a prime spot off Sheikh Zayed Road and at the entrance to Downtown Dubai. In height terms, it will rise up to 350 meters for its 80 levels.

Jumeirah Residences Emirates Towers

Another super-premium, super-prestigious tower launch in Dubai from this week. Coming from Meraas, the twin tower will be over 243- and 232.5 meters plus. As for super-premium it sure is with a one-bedroom’s price tag from Dh3.5 million.
