Sharjah’s Beeah launches ‘Khalid Bin Sultan City’ as freehold destination

Last updated: June 19, 2025

Beeah’s known for its uber-artistic corporate headquarters. Now, it’s bringing the same design ethos to Sharjah’s Khalid bin Sultan City.

Dubai: A new freehold development has launched in Sharjah – called ‘Khalid Bin Sultan City’ – and with apartments’ starting prices from around the dh1 million mark.

The project – named after the late Sheikh Khalid bin Sultan Al Qasimi – will be built by Beeah, a company that’s made its mark to date with its sustainable energy projects and its swanky uber-designed corporate headquarters.

Sheikh Khalid bin Sultan Al Qasimi was the son of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, the UAE Supreme Council Member and Sharjah Ruler.

“Sharjah’s residential freehold property market is booming – and not just that, the resale demand too is growing,” said Khaled Al Huraimel, Group CEO and Vice-Chairman of Beeah. “There is a demand for new homes in quality Sharjah developments like no other.”

For sure, Sharjah’s property market is going through a boom, with demand among end-users and investors growing with each quarter. Which is why Beeah’s entry into the real estate space and with a signature project such as the Khalid Bin Sultan City is as well-timed as it gets.

Location of Sharjah’s new ‘City’

The Khalid bin Sultan City will shape up in Rodhat Al Sidir, which is where Beeah’s corporate HQ stands. There will be villas and townhouses along with the apartments, the pricing and sales launch of which will be announced shortly.

“The City will be along a 1.5 kilometer stretch and will be split into 7 neighborhoods,” said Al Huraimel. “It’s well located being near two major highways, one of which will be from the Sharjah Airport.”

The new development, given beeah’s background, will be all about Net Zero on waste, and being a ‘climate-smart’ destination.
